What is your availability to do garden clean ups?
Generally when you send your details through our contact us form, we typically aim to visit your property within 48 hours. However, within the summer months we tend to be very busy as growth is at its peak, but you should definitely hear from us soon. For most of the year you can expect the operator within that 48 hours but more than likely sooner.
Do I need to be home during garden clean ups?
Short answer No! You don’t need to be home. As long as the scope of the job has been discussed with the operator, the work you are wanting them to do will be done, and you’ll have nothing to worry about. If they need special access to an area, make sure to provide them with a key. Then leave the rest up to us and you will have your backyard looking beautiful again!
What is not included in disposal or removal?
Our operators are more than happy to remove anything, as long as discussed prior to the job starting, our operator will remove any natural green garden waste at a cost. If you are planning to keep the garden waste for mulch or compost you need to let the operator know prior to the job commencing. However there are things that the operators will not take away things like rubbish, rocks or concrete, and any other non-organic matter.
